+Q: I am entering a Pantone® code, but I am given a error saying it is not available. Why is this happening?
A: Jakroo utilizes the Pantone® color matching system. We use colors from the Solid Coated Pantone® Book. However, there are some colors that are not available to be sublimated. Colors that are Neon or Metallic are not able to be sublimated onto textiles. For this reason, we have removed some colors from our color swatch library. If you feel like you have encountered this error by mistake, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
+Q: How can I add a logo or text to the collar?
A: Unfortunately at this time you can not. There are some areas to each product that are unable to have logos added. For customization such as this, switching to our PRO Custom service might fit your needs. Give us a call at 1-800-485-7067 to make the switch from uDesign to PRO Custom.
+Q: What happens if I add a raster image larger than its max size?
A: The image will print pixellated and blurry. To avoid this, make sure to upload vector graphics. Vector graphics can be scaled to any size without loss of clarity.
+Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
A: Only 2 weeks from the day you place your order.
+Q: How can I add my design to a store front, so my friends can order the same design I created?
A: Unfortunately at this time you cannot. However, we are working to add this feature in future updates.
+Q: Can I change the color or make edits to a logo I have uploaded?
A: You will not be able to make any changes to uploaded graphics once they are uploaded. You will need an outside application such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to make these adjustment before you upload your graphics.
+Q: How can I add a border or stroke around the text I have entered?
A: When adding new text, first enter your text and then select your font. Below you will be able to apply a Fill Color and Border Color. When you have select your Border Color, you will need to increase the thickness until you have achieved the look you are going for.
+Q: I noticed a mistake on my order/design after I submitted my order and payment. What can I do?
A: In most cases, once the order has been submitted it has already been sent to production and has begun to print. However, if you realize this mistake within 24 hours of submitting your order, there might be time. Give us a call immediately at 1-800-485-7067.
+Q: I am trying to check out, but when I Proceed To Checkout, nothing happens and my cart is now empty. What is wrong?
A: When transferring your item(s) from the cart to Checkout, uDesign needs to move your item to our e-commerce system. To do this we must open a new browser window. This will be prevented if your web browsers Pop-Up Blocker is turned on. Please turn off the Pop-Up Blocker and try again. If you still have issues, please email us at: email@example.com
